CHOOSE NEIGHBORHOOD AND HOME DESIGN

Work with your Realtor to find the right homesite for you and your family.


Choose your HOME DESIGN

We have numerous thoughtfully designed and tested floor plans to choose from. Your Realtor will guide you through all the new home choices. Keep in mind that home designs are customizable and custom plans can be drawn.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT SIGNED

Once signed and earnest funds are paid, the real fun begins. Sit down with your realtor and builder team for your pre-construction meeting.

Here you will go over home design plans page by page, review standard options, discuss optional customizations and what you want out of your new home. You will also finalize exterior selections based on the sample kit previously provided by your Realtor.

When you leave the Pre-Construction, you are given a copy of the finalized plans and a list of contacts for your interior selections.

Permits are now ready to be applied for, and the construction of your home is scheduled.

INTERIOR DESIGN SELECTIONS

Many home buyers tell us that this is their favorite part of the building process. We have a group of partners to guide you through all the selections that make your new home a reflection of you: flooring, countertops, appliances and lights.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

With all your paperwork and selections completed, your home is ready to be built from the ground up!

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Once your home is completed, prior to closing, you will have a final walk-through with your builder. You will be able to assess the entire home, receive a detailed orientation and ask any questions you may have. Any items requiring attention are added to our Customer Request for Service Form. All items are handled by our Service Tech prior to closing.

WELCOME HOME!

At closing, you will receive the keys to your amazing dream home built by Raymond Drake Homes.
